Alex Stanford serves as ESM's Chief Strategic Officer and is based out of the firm's Chicago office. His responsibilities include managing corporate clients, developing relationships with international corporations interested in ESM's suite of employee benefit options and working closely with ESM's team of coaches who often make presentations to firms and companies in the U.S., Asia and Europe.
Prior to joining The ESM Group, Alex served as the Facilities Project Manager at Stanford University's Athletic Department. While there, he assisted with owner’s representation and project management of the $120 million, 9-month construction of Stanford Stadium, which included demolition of the original 85,500 seat stadium and construction of the new 50,000-seat modern facility. Prior to his work at Stanford, Alex interned for the City of Cupertino’s Planning Department.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Santa Clara University and a master's degree in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco.
