Matt Walsh graduated from UC Berkeley with a bachelor's degree in American Studies:  Education in America. He graduated with High Honors. While attending UC Berkeley, Matt co-founded BALLERS (Bringing Achievement and Lifelong Leadership, Empowerment and Responsibility through Sports), creating and implementing an after school sports, tutoring and leadership program for students in the Berkeley Unified School District. Throughout college, Matt supervised the youth sports program for the Mt. Diablo YMCA, coaching soccer, basketball and lacrosse.
